1. Shipping Overview
Planet Pawtopia offers free standard shipping on eligible orders unless otherwise stated at checkout. We sell and ship products to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally. Available destinations may vary depending on the product and fulfilment arrangements.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are normally processed Monday to Saturday, excluding applicable public holidays. Processing times may be longer during busy periods, promotional events, product launches or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Our current estimated standard delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
- European Union: 7–18 business days
- United States and Canada: 10–25 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–25 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs procedures, product availability and other circumstances.
4. Fulfilment
Planet Pawtopia works with third-party fulfilment partners and suppliers.
Products may therefore:
- Be shipped from different warehouses
- Arrive separately
- Have different tracking numbers
- Be delivered by different carriers
If you purchase multiple products, you may receive multiple packages.
5. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will normally be provided after dispatch. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after dispatch. Not every delivery service or destination provides full tracking.
6. Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Industrial action
- High shipping volumes
- International transport disruption
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will take reasonable steps to assist where a delivery is significantly delayed.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders delivered outside the United Kingdom, the destination country may impose:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT
- Customs handling fees
- Other local charges
Where applicable, these charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law. Planet Pawtopia does not control charges imposed by foreign customs authorities.
8. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Please check your address carefully before completing your order. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply where legally permitted. This does not affect your rights where the failure to deliver is our responsibility.
9. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery time-frame, please contact us at:
Please provide your order number and delivery details. We will investigate the delivery with the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider and provide an appropriate resolution where required by applicable law
10. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the product
- A description of the damage
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where required.
